The upper volume is supported by a slightly recessed base finished in natural timber and expansive glazing. The subtle, natural stone cladding is made in three different sizes. The exterior materials carry into the interior with an inviting palette of natural stone, natural timber and soft lighting.
This modern and luxurious Glen Waverley residence is designed around an internal courtyard to maximise the view of the northeast hills and to let in the natural northern light. The large wooden entry door leads to the spectacular and spacious double-storey lounge room, which faces the internal courtyard. Here, the double-storey marble-clad feature wall is the focal point of the space.
A glass lift allows access to the first floor where the large master bedroom suite provides a view of the internal courtyard below.
